A couple of months ago I mentioned that at times I felt like I was riding an avalanche. Well, latest update is that while I am still riding, it seems the slope is lessening and things will be quieter soon.
Not that I don't still have tons of opportunities to crash mind you, but it's nearly May and my summers always seem to be less stressful, less organized and just all round less avalanche-like.
So after a spring filled with making hats for a play set in the stories of the Arabian Nights--think I Dream of Jeannie, and work and seminary and Cub Scouts, I am looking forward to a summer filled with a vacation to Chicago and Nauvoo, a week-long outing to Bath to be in the Promised Land Pageant, trips to the beach, the zoo, Kinston Indian ballgames, free summer movies, and lots of good books.
Yea for me!
